Cairn Semantics

Cite or refuse. Receipts for everything.

CAIRN answers questions from your documents with source citations and a hash-sealed receipt — or refuses, on the record. It distills knowledge cards whose every quote is machine-verified against its source — unverifiable extractions are dropped, and counted — and finds where your own documents disagree before someone else does.

Refuses structurally

When the corpus can't substantiate an answer, CAIRN declines — by arithmetic, not model goodwill. The refusal itself is sealed.

Everything receipted

Answers, refusals, cards, and audits are entries in a hash-chained ledger. Any after-the-fact edit shows.

Facts survive verification

Knowledge cards keep only facts whose verbatim quotes check character-for-character against their source.
